Hi,
I understand I can't cancel the order now as it's already been dispatched, but how do I cancel it once it arrives, or arrange a return. I haven't been able to find any information regarding this, or how/where to request it.

Or, have you added the headphones to your pay monthly account and paying monthly?

I paid with finance and there was a lump sum I had to pay upfront.

@Hamrang The easiest way to return this is to refuse delivery. The product will be returned back to EE and once it’s been processed as a return you’ll be refunded around 7 days later. DPD might try to redeliver it the next day but just refuse it again.
