I upgraded my watch and have received no tracking information and had absolutely no idea it was coming today. DPD driver wouldn't deliver it without a pin which I haven't received.

Thanks for coming to the community.
I am sorry you never received the text message from DPD with the PIN code. If you download the DPD app and use the email address or contact number as the reference, this should show all details for the delivery including the PIN.
If this is not showing, please give us a call on 150 and the team will get the delivery looked into for you.
