After upgrade

Hello there, i wonder is there someone with my isssue, so i upgrade movile device, but the devixe isbt with me 🙂 i already pay my 1st DD for plan and devixe what they charge me.. i was hoping today dpd to deliver my devixe (finally) but what they deliver was inly the screen pritector 🙂 and still no new devixe after around 1 month...

@Elica  you should’ve had this by now you need to call customer support.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
