I opend an contract yesterday but had to ring ee

Hi yesterday morning around about 3 am I took out a phone contract. I had to ring EE because all I had was a contract summary like the Phone That was on the contract the SIM but no reference number number or order number or anything like that and it’s not coming up on my account either on orders if I go onto the EE app and look at orders it just says there’s no orders available the money is gone out of my account for the upfront cost. I’ve had no message from DPD so far I had to ring them because I had nothing only the summary I came on here today because they said you need to wait 24 hours and obviously it’s been 24 hours now and it’s still not up there. What do I do now?
