Hi , waiting for the email/text from ee or dpd to confirm delivery time as my upgraded phone is ment to be delivered today (14/11/22), but haven't received anything yet

The text from DPD is either received the night before or in the morning, usually when I've received it at night it's been about 11PM, and in the morning it's always been around 7-8AM.

It's unlikely you would receive the text from DPD at 03:28 in the morning when this post was created. It's an automated system but the texts wouldn't go out at that sort of time usually, either late night so you are aware for the following morning, or early morning.

You won't receive anything until your delivery is out for delivery.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Are already a contract Phone I had to ring them up because I had the contract summary, but it won’t come up on my E account saying that I’ve ordered it but the money has gone out of my account. That was yesterday I had no reference number or like order number as such and they still can’t do it as I ordered it that day I don’t really understand. EE I’ve come off my mum’s and I’ve started my own contracts as such but when you order the iPhone 17 on a contract and it’s not coming up on your EE page it’s a bit of a worry. I ordered it online as well. Can anybody tell me what’s going on

It's worth double checking here to make sure you're logging in with the right details - if you've moved over from your mum's account, you should have set up your own separate account for managing the order and viewing any documents.

Provided this is okay, I'd recommend giving our team a call so we can double check everything. 

If this has been a brand new contract I'd recommend once connected asking to speak with web sales, as even if you don't have a tracking number they should still be able to locate the order status via your personal details.
