Welcome to the community,

What device, storage size and colour did you order? One of the community staff may be able to take a look to see if there is a delay in receiving stock.

Please make sure that you have the DPD app, as you will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number which you will need to show the driver in order to receive your device.
