I have been trying to get a new phone for 2 days. I finally managed to get through it on the app, made the order only to find out that it was cancelled without warning.
My current phone's battery is unchargeable and running down into the 10%. I want to transfer that number over to my new account and have supplied an alternative number as well.
I really just want a new phone and contract, so unsure why it's been cancelled. I can't make phone calls, so this is the only route I can take.
