I have a problem with my order is no possible to see my order if it's possible to fix it

Have you checked your spam/junk folder to see your order?

We have no account access and we do not know who you are, this is a public forum, you would have to ring customer service to sort this out, as they can see your account, unlike here in the forum.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I have already received the order reference and the order Thursday I pay everything but for me it's not possibile to see the order

When you say you cannot see the order, do you mean in the order tracker? 

If it is, are you using an order number starting XKO? (Please don't put the full order number here)

What have you ordered? If it is a phone, what model, colour and storage size was it?
