I signed up for a pay monthly plan with a phone, paid upfront, and only received an email with a precontract, no information about it for a few days, what should I do next?

Welcome to the community,

The upfront payment is pending and will only be taken once your order is dispatched.

You will receive notification from DPD once the item has been dispatched  up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number which you must show the driver in order to receive your device.

If you are in any way concerned, please ring customer service by pressing option 2 to speak to one of the guides, we have no account access and do not know who you are as this is a public forum.
