I placed 2 orders, one for a flip and one for a fold, the flip is turning up today but there are no updates about the fold, I tried calling customer services, get a link to arrange a call back but it's been 30 minutes AFTER the time they said and no call back.
Order tracker shows nothing, it's ridiculous that EE goes to such great extent to make it impossible to speak to someone. I even tried to call a store to be told 'the store is currently closed' but it's in its opening times.

If order tracking isn't working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
However if you ordered into store you'll need to contact the store direct.

Hey there download the dpd app and use same email and phone number you used to make the order. You’re more likely to find out about when you’re order coming from dpd than EE in my experience thanks
