Place an order over a week ago for Samsung Galaxy S25, but haven't received the order. Tracking reference mentions it is dispatched, but that has been a week now unfortunately.

Does the DPD app show any information at all about your delivery?
If you can't see any information within the DPD app about this, the best thing to do is contact us directly so we can double check your order.

If there was nothing with DPD yet, it would be best to give our customer service guides a call as @Linzi_H mentioned.
They'll be able to bring up your account and order and see what the latest is for you.
