I received text from EE

 

Hi from EE. Heads up - we've noticed your phone usage is higher than usual. If this continues, you might not be able to make calls or send texts. Please visit ee.co.uk/go/login or call 150 to check your balance or make a payment. Thanks.

 

My two contract are unlimited data mins & text I received this text my service was suspended my rest date is 2nd August and today 2nd August 9:30pm my service restricted and received text same it’s happened last month same time same date if there fair usage policy then  EE  have to tell me last month call them they were asking part payment for restore all 4 mobiles services my direct debit date is 10th so I have to pay half payment to restore my service I am not happy suddenly you out of service no reason controllers don’t have satisfactory answer if it’s continue then I have to move to different network

I know it can be a shock when your phones stop working.

We don't have access to your account here to see what is causing this to happen, but it sounds like it may be related to your account credit limit.

You would need to give our billing guides a call from another phone, and they'll be able to bring up your account to see what is happening today, and why this has happened last month as well.

We don't have access to your account here to see what is causing this to happen, but it sounds like it may be related to your account credit limit.

You would need to give our billing guides a call from another phone, and they'll be able to bring up your account to see what is happening today, and why this has happened last month as well.

Unlimited is defined in your agreed contract and network contract. To receive that message you must be using the service outside of the terms and conditions.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I call them last month but nobody give me satisfactory answer even I talked with manager every 2nd of is my reset date after 9 o clock of my reset date receive message out of credit limit and my service restricted then I have to make part payment to back on and my direct debit date is 10th I asked over the phone what is credit limit on unlimited plan is there is any fair usage policy not anyone give answer about this you find attachment I read the all unlimited full works term and condition I didn’t answer what my credit limit I am on unlimited full works and my other contract unlimited essential you can see attachment where it’s says debit date 10th aug but last night when service restricted I have to pay 93 to service back on

I read All how credit limit but my question what is credit limit of contract i ve been suspended two times just because of credit limit no one telling what is credit limit so I can stay on my credit limit my all mobile contracts suspended my two contracts have 25gb and unlimited mins and texts one use only 3gb and 10mins and other contract use only 7min and 2gb of data still suspended 

no one have proper answer I think it’s time to change of network
