I have separate number on my billing invoice why is this ? And why am I paying £47 instead of £37 ?

Any calls outside of your allowance will be itemised on your bill.

If you're unsure about any numbers speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

When you say "separate number , do you mean am additional line that you don't recognise? Or do you mean a chargeable call when you think it should be within your allowance?

If the latter, what're the first 5 digits of the number? Allowances normally apply to landlines prefixed 01, 02 or 03, and UK-registered mobiles.

Is the £47 your plan subscription, or is this another reference to chargeable usage?
