I pre-ordered mine (S24 Ultra Black 1tb) a week ago now, no texts or emails.... when i try track the order online it says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now." 🤦‍♂️

Ordered mine S24 Ultra on Friday night received a email asking me call them back to confirm some more details was advised then of release date which is the 31st

Ordered mine on 18th jan was told it will arrive 24th by cs. Still waiting. Anyone actually had a 1tb Black variant delivered to them yet ??

I'm in a similar place as you... ordered black 1tb ultra on 20th and my tracking just says unable show details and wait for an email or text, phoned EE at the weekend who said the order is placed and i just have to wait! 🤦‍♂️

Just checked my order and it hasn't  changed since i placed it tracking says waiting on delivery confirmation when I placed the order Cs informed me they were expecting s24 ultra stock on the 31st Jan and would be despatch within 24 hours there's still time for that to happen but most likely not guess we will have to wait a bit longer.
