Trying to complete a order online and anytime I go to checkout it keeps giving me a error saying to log in when I already logged in I have a screenshot of it if someone could help me that would be great

Logout of (or don't login to) your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.

Was looking at the Samsung fold on contract but it’s the moment I get to checkout I get the problem
