Faulty tv

I ordered a Samsung tv for £350 and it came with a huge crack in the screen , and I’ve gone through emails and requested call backs and still yet to receive any reply or even acknowledgment that this has happened , I’m stressed to the max and don’t know what else to do , can someone just please contact me
