Sim delivery

I ordered a monthly sim card at the 21st of October and was told it would be with me in 7 working days but it’s not been delivered yet. My order number is *********. I need the sim asap as my PAC has run out.

My sim was faulty. I was told by the tech support guy from ireland that my sim will arrive in 24 to 48hrs via Royal mail 1st class. But I never received tracking info

Welcome to the community.

The SIM cards are usually sent by 2nd class post and arrive within four days, unless there has been a special instruction. Are you near an EE Store? If so, you could pop in and get a replacement there an then.
