Return address for a television

I have a faulty television.  I gave been given a returns number. 

Parcelforce have told me they will collect it tomorrow and to  label it with the reference and destination address.

EE haven't told me the address to use.   No response to email and no other contact details.

If anyone could provide me with the returns address that would be great.

Welcome to the community,

You should have been provided with a return label , which should have the address on it. Not sure what other address you need if they provided you with a reference and destination address, that should suffice.

Have you also checked your spam/junk folder? Also please make sure that you keep a reference or whatever from Parcel Force so that you have proof of it being returned to them.

Thank you for quick response.  I received an email with the returns number, stating I would hear from the returns team within a few days (no attachment)  

One minute later, i received email from channel.returns@ee.co.uk,  stating parcelforce would collect the tv, again no attachement.

20 minutes later a messge from Parcelforce confirming collection for tomorrow.  Parcelforce have another reference number.  They also say if I don't have a label, write the reference number and address on the parcel.

I emailed channel.returns@ to ask them but received no reply.

So in summary, no attachments, no label, no reply!
