iPhone still not been dispatched

Hi, I ordered a silver iPhone 17 pro 256gb on 30th December and I still have no update on where this order is up to other than the confirmation email 

it is also not showing up on my app 

is there anyway you have any more information on this

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for more information if you cannot access EE order tracking.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
