Failure to deliver replacement phone

Dear James, I am aware that it doesn’t automatically come with faulty replacements but as I had spent a long time on the phone with EE and carefully arranged and agreed a replacement, I hoped that EE would be able toFulfil that agreement, Disappointed. Anna

When was the replacement SIM ordered? They arrive by post within 2-5 working days of ordering.

It was requested on April 17th.

Hi @Annat4,

I'm sorry to hear the SIM card hasn't arrived. Please get in touch with Customer Care so a new order can be placed or visit your local store to collect one if it is more convenient.
