Tech add on order

I ordered two tech add ons the same this morning within 5 minutes of each other. The second item I ordered has been confirmed and added to my plan add ons. Why hasn't the first item that was ordered first been confirmed? Has ordering two of the same items cancelled each other out?

@Rb62  It shouldn’t do.  It might be worth speaking with customer services as they can access your account to see any relevant information.    Just check your spam folder first though as the first one could of ended up there.,

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

There was no email in my spam folder. I have received two emails confirming the order and the upfront costs that have been paid however I have only received a text message  for the later order being received by ee. Even though this was the second item ordered. Seems strange that an item ordered second shows up this way when the two items are the same.
