Employee discount codes

Hi

I Have a 50 percent employee discount code as I’m now working as a Plusnet employee.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do and where I need to go exactly to put the code in?

Thanks but I don’t know where that is located.
Is it only available at work?
I’ve been on the main EE site, managed to get a discount code, but don’t
know where to apply the code itself

Are you trying to order a phone for yourself using your colleague discount, or is it a friends and family order?

Colleague products would need to be ordered via the intranet.

Friends and family discount codes need to be added to the 'got a gift voucher?' box during check out.

I am just trying to apply the monthly 50 percent discount on my current
bill, as I’m an employee and had my contract with EE for a year and a
half.Would this only apply to new contracts or new customers then?

If you visit the internal colleague site, the FAQ's have full details on the discount if you are in contract at the moment 🙂
