good morning my name is Constantin **** reference number XKO****** I tried twice to make a contract online, you took money twice from my bank account but you didn't send me anything

good morning my name is Constantin ******reference number XKO******** I tried twice to make a contract phone  online, you took money twice from my bank account but you didn't send me anything. if I'm not eligible for a phone contract I understand but I don't understand why you don't refund my money

I placed the order on Sunday 10/12/2023 and the following Monday 11/12/2023 I have a reference number only
