Im trying to purchase a sim free mobile on ee finance, i got very close but after verifying my ID it made me update the app and i lost my checkout progress... now when i try it makes me pay for device in full on checkout when i wanted the ee finance option which is still stated as available with my product.

Try clearing your cache and trying again.
Alternatively give EE CS a call on 150.
