Xbox order transaction failed twice - charged twice

Hello,

2 days ago I tried to order the Xbox X25 with £160 gamecard but the transactio failed.

I tried again and it failed again.

No orders show on my EE account and no orders show in my app but my bank had £919 X2 pending transactions in my bank meaning I'm now £1800 out of pocket for god knows how long.

I've called my bank and the only way to release the funds is to have EE say in writing they will not be taking the money but noone seems to be able to do this for me.

I've spoken to 150, a finance team, online order team and my bank and no-one is able to help me.

I placed the order successfully on my wife's EE account so I have got a successful purchase on her account, I just need my money released back to me

@rooshaw  As it’s says pending it not been taken by EE your bank still has the funds and will release these back to you in a few days.  Nothing EE can do to speed up your bank to release the funds back to you.  It’s usually 4-7 days.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

I hope so. I don't have £1800 worth of Xboxes to burn 😂
