Sim only phones

If I have a sim only contract with 18 months left and want to buy a sim-free phone, on finance for 2 years, through ee, would the two payments be separate, so I could arrange a new contract while still paying for the phone, or does it all get lumped into one tangled mess of payments?

@Dan547 : They would be 2 separate contracts & payments. As the phone you are buying is SIM-free it won't come with any airtime plan & so will be completely separate from your SIM-Only contract.

Depending on the device I would check out the finance and offers of the manufacturer website over EE.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
