I ordered from the EE store website (https://store.ee.co.uk)  and have not receive my delivery. I tried contacting EE on multiple occasions regarding this but they have said they can’t help with EE online store purchases or have absolutely no clue what I’m talking about. No one seems to be trained or have any clue on the own company they work for and the different online stores they provide, I think I’ve learnt more today than they know. Not even a contact number on the EE store website just an email that doesn’t reply! Ridiculous

I’ve got a small update, so the controller i ordered with it (which had apparently been cancelled), has been dispatched and has a tracking number with royal mail, for some reason when i try to track through royal mail it won’t show anything but hey that’s something.

Still no update on the xbox itself, and no response from customer service either. Will update further if i get a response, considering delivery is 1-3 working days, tomorrow should be the latest - hoping for the best!!

This is promising. I’m glad to hear progress. Unfortunately, they haven’t responded today, and it’s been over 16 hours. The lack of updates frustrates me. 

Tracking number for controller is now working, supposed to be delivered tomorrow. 

Still heard nothing regarding xbox and no response on email… been 16+ hours now!!!!

considering 1-3 day delivery xbox should be here today so fingers crossed.

Well… Unexpectedly, I received an email from Parcel Force earlier today saying a parcel was due for delivery. Luckily, l am working from home and was able to track the delivery. EE also responded, later on confirming the delivery and apologising for the delay. I’ve never been so stressed waiting for a delivery. They should improve their customer service AS WELL AS their dispatch notifications. Oh well, it finally arrived so it’s good news after all! Hope yours will arrive very soon!

I'm having this exact same problem, ordered a tv a week ago and had nothing apart from an invoice. Emailed 3 or 4 times no reply, definitely won't be using them again.
