I ordered an upgrade for my phone and my daughter's phone. The order for my daughter's phone was sent to the wrong address, and returned to the DPD depot where it evidently got 'lost', so a replacement order was apparently sent yesterday, but although I have received a confirmation from DPD, I did not receive an updated order number from EE, and can't track the order in my EE account.

DPD should have sent tracking details for the delivery, did you receive this from DPD?

The DPD tracking number is not the same as my order number with EE. I do have a tracking number, but since the first package wasn't delivered correctly and then was lost, I should also be able to track my order in my EE account.
