Can’t track my order for some reason

I ordered a pay monthly IPHONE 15 pro a few days ago, and was told it is now our for delivery 

I’ve not once been able to track my delivery. EVERY single Time I try it says “can’t track order” or “no details at this time” DESPITE it already being out for delivery 

it tried to be delivered yesterday but failed apparently, so is trying again today. 
and even when I log into the app the device or order isn’t showing up?

I literally do not have another phone to contact EE to ask which is why I ordered this phone in the first place

im getting worried that I’ve been scammed off of a fake website or something because no reputable site would ever do this

@Donmo  Have you downloaded the DPD app and setup an account with the same email address you use for EE.         Have DPD text you a text about a delivery?
