Order from EE Store did not arrive.

My order from the EE Store did not arrive. I'm finding it extremely difficult to contact anyone regarding this. The pages on the site are useless and no button to contact anywhere. Emailing proved fruitless with no reply.

At this stage I'd just like a full refund as it's been nearly two weeks.

What can I do about this?

What phone did you order, colour and storage size?

There is no email to contact customer service.

Did you receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and then another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I ordered an Instax Mini 12 Instant Camera but have heard nothing since. No email/notification from DPD.
