I placed an order on 30th December expecting delivery by 2nd January with EE’s “1-day delay standard.” Now it’s 3rd January, and I still haven’t received it.
I emailed EE yesterday about the tracking not working but got no response. Today, I see that Parcelforce only received the parcel this morning.
This lack of communication is unacceptable. EE needs to explain why this delay happened and should expedite the delivery today. I’m not looking for excuses—just action.

I have the exact issue - a despatched notification was sent last Friday including the tracking details (but not working - tried every single courier partner they have). Emailed them twice but no response. I would have expected to have atleast have an update by Monday with the courier but I have zero clue who is delivering my order! Did you manage to receive your order in the end?

I have had the exact same issue! order placed on Thursday the 2nd, nothing by Sunday and got told by CS that it will be with me with in 2/3 days, 3 days past and I still haven't even had tracking information.
Spoke to someone on the phone today to be told that my order is out of stock but will somehow be with me by tomorrow or at the latest, Friday... Make it make sense.

Oh gosh, I hope you’ll get yours asap! I’ve received mine today (unexpectedly). It’s just so stressful waiting for it without knowing if it’ll come or not… They need to improve their CS; should be responsive in a timely manner.

I’ve had the exact same issue with EE on delivering a larger item. Customer service have just been rude, no accountability for delays on their end. They just resort to blaming the courier service but cannot acknowledge that regardless of that, the onus is on them to notify the consumer of any potential delays.
Terrible experience of customer service, start to finish it’s been terrible. Won’t be continuing my phone contract with them this year!
