Taken upfront fee but no confirmation

I’ve just made an order, paid an upfront fee, went through the credit check and confirmed but I haven’t received any confirmation at all. I’ve checked my junk mail also. Payment has left my account. Any ideas on what to do?. Thanks

Hi I’m having the same problem. I’ve just made an order, the payment has left my account but no confirmation email at all to say the order has gone through or even declined.

Welcome to the Community.

I know you'll be keen to find out what's happening with your order. If the payment has gone through and isn't sitting pending in your account, then this would indicate the order was successful. 
Was the order you placed for a new Pay Monthly contract? If it was, I'd suggest calling our team directly on 0800 079 8586.

If the order was for something different though, please let me know.

It’s on saying ring that number but you can’t actually get through no anyone. I have also paid an upfront payment of £30 and had nothing! Someone better get back to me soon or refund the £30 you have stolen before confirming if I can have the phone or not!!!!!!
