A few months ago I paid £130 upfront cost to upgrade early. (16-09-24).
I was on the phone to an EE advisor who requested a refund for me as I didn't want to go through with the purchase. I am still waiting for this refund. Is there any way of chasing this up for me? I've tried phoning EE but the phone lines are so busy and I keep getting cut off. I've tried contacting an EE advisor on the messaging part of my account but I'm having no luck.

@Shanhump_ox You need to call and you should have received this refund within 7-10 days of the change of mind.
