Not received SIM card.

Im switching from 3 mobile to EE and bringing my number over with me. I ordered my SIM card on Saturday and I still haven't received it, but I have received a text message asking how you did with it's delivery. What should I to do now to find out where my SIM card is?

I'm disappointed to hear that your order hasn't arrived as expected. If it was a SIM and no other equipment, this will be posted to you by Royal Mail, so I would expect you to have it by now.

Thank you for getting back to me @Linzi_H  I still haven't received my SIM card but I'm going to wait till tomorrow then I'll phone up and ask for further help, as the postman is still due to deliver today

Activating your new SIM anytime until 4/5pm on Monday 13th should result in the PAC being submitted then, for port-in on Tuesday 14th.
