Missing order

I ordered a mobile phone last week and was told that I would get an email in 24hrs informing me of when the order would be dispatched for delivery. I have still not received my order and cannot get through to customer services. 

My order number is xko*********

 

I would appreciate a response soon as I am afraid my order is now missing and I am frustrated that I am not receiving any updates or form of communication.

If this does not work then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Download the DPD app as well.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I tried to use the tracking service you provided but it says the reference number is invalid. 
Also when I phone the customer service number or 150, I cannot get through to anyone. 

Could someone please check the status of my order and let me know? I am very concerned.

I am sorry you have not heard anything regarding your order, we have no access to accounts via these forums so we are unable to check them from here. 

What issue are you having when calling 150? Our guides are available up to 9pm on weekdays and will be able to track the order for you to see what is happening with it.

The call won’t connect it keeps saying the ‘number you are trying is
currently unavailable’

@JogaSangha15 Are you calling from an EE mobile when dialling 150? As it will only work for an EE mobile. You can also call us on 07953 966 150 from any phone.
