I had recently ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver last Monday, and I have yet to receive any update regarding my order.

The iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Cosmic Orange was showing an expected dispatch time of 14 days on 24th November.
Once there is stock available for your order, you'll get a text or email from DPD, or a notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know it is on the way and when to expect delivery.

I can have a look at the estimated dispatch times to see if we can get a rough idea of when to expect the phone.
When you say it was order last Monday, was that the 17th or 24th November?
Which storage size did you order?

That model was showing that it was expected to be up to 14 days for dispatch when you ordered, but there has been stock arrive and it is now showing as in stock.
If you've not heard anything yet, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can bring up your account and check the order status for you.
