I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent order. I placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max, Orange, 1TB on 8th October, with a stated delivery timeframe of 14 days. After two weeks, I went to the store to cancel the tablet that had been offered to me. However, the staff member handling my request acted in an extremely unprofessional manner and, due to a clear lack of product knowledge, cancelled my entire phone order instead of just the tablet. I returned to the store on 4th November, where I was reassured that my phone would arrive within 21 days. Today marks the 21st day, yet I have not received any update, notification, or communication regarding the status of my phone.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I have now been waiting almost two months for a device I was originally promised within two weeks, and the continued lack of information or resolution is unacceptable.I request immediate clarification on the status of my order and a prompt resolution to this matter.
