What is the actual returns policy for sim free phones ordered in November?
1. Request within 14 days of delivery?
2. Request within 1 month of delivery as shown on order tracking?
3. Extended Christmas returns: Any goods bought between 20 October 2025 and 25 December 2025 can be returned up until 8 January 2026?
How does one receive an invoice for orders?
Does EE provide a VAT invoice?

Your 14 day consideration period does not start until you receive the device.
Points 2 & 3 are irrelevant unless the device becomes faulty outside of 14 days but if you contact EE within this period and ask for a return then this will be processed as a return within 14 days but you must return the device promptly.
Last two points you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and request these.

EE stated that if the mobile phone is not opened (sealed box) they may be returned under the Christmas returns = 8 Jan 2026.
Does EE provide VAT invoices or not? They refused. This is odd for a sim free mobile phone.
