Adding AirPods as an add on

I am considering adding AirPods to my EE contract as an “add on” and would like some information about the returns policy. Could you please provide details on the procedure and terms for returning the product if I am not satisfied with it?

Welcome to the community,

You will have fourteen days to return the product, just like with any phone ordered online or via the EE shop online, but you do need to request a return form from EE.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

After a 30 minute hold I was told this 14 day cooling off period only applies to purchases made online @Schockwave

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Exactly @JMPOOLEE , that is what I meant, also if you do it by ringing customer service and ordering it that way, but not by going to a high street store, as you have the opportunity to see them there. If you are ordering the latest pro ones, they also have spacial audio, which is surround sound.
