I ordered an upgrade on my watch, had no emails from EE or DPD.
DPD just arrived with said watch but I’ve not received a pin. The number it’s saying it has been sent to is the number attached to the watch which I don’t have access to.
tried downloading DPD app however it says I’ve no outstanding deliveries I wasn’t even notified by DPD there would be a delivery today!!

I'm sorry you haven't been able to get your delivery today because of the PIN being sent to the watch number.
Any DPD notifications and tracking of the delivery will likely be linked to the watch number too so, in order to get this changed to your mobile number and get the PIN, you'd need to speak to our customer service team who has access to update this.
