Solved: Delivery driver wont hand new phone to elderly aunt without a pin code. - The EE Community

New phone purchased online, delivered today but driver won't give the phone to my aunt without a pin code. She hasn't received anything by email so think they have sent by text which she can't receive due to phone being broken? She phoned but was told no record of order even though she has the order number and delivery attempted?

She can get the pin from the DPD app/site.

The delivery pin is for security.
