Delivery of pre order device

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering when will the pre ordered s25 will be delivered, in regards to that no delivery date is showing up in the order tracking page yet!

Any guess??

@ZA2598  no earlier then release day of the product,  7th of Feb.   And that’s only if EE receives enough to ship out to all that ordered the same spec as you.     A pre order isn’t a guarantee of getting the product on release day. 

And nothing will show when it’ll be delivered to you, no device has been allocated to you yet.   EE probably don’t even have them on a shelf yet.

That's a bad response we've been told that we would at least get a a tracking number soo that we could know the progress and when they would go to the stores and that all pre orders would receive the phone earlier even samsung says the same and the 7th it's only for the official launch and after the release of the pre orders  I think if the case was as u said and it is not  we should have been told that before hand something that we weren't told !!

EE Preorder website states from 31st Jan, the 7th Feb date is when it will be available to buy in retail stores.

Also already other members stating they have their tracking numbers for delivery tommorow 31st.

It can be from the 31st ahead of release but it depends on all kinds of factors,but I just downloaded the DPD app and I had tracking in there from EE and says on its way...be nice if we update it their end,also got given the pin I need to give DPD so definitely try that,let me no how that works out.

I also pre-ordered as soon as it went live I got my order in, within the 1st hour, and was told delivery from 31st, also if I look on the product page now it also claims if I ordered today they'd expect to deliver tomorrow 31st but no tracking as of yet either.

Try downloading DPD app,I just did and it's got tracking in there for me and says on its way.

Just as an update, I have just received an text to say my S25 Ultra has been dispatched and DPD app says its due to be delivered tommorow it also co mains. PIN for DPD.

Would you mind letting us know which Variant? Storage/Colour and how soon you pre-ordered after it went live?

Awesome 😎 IV never had a contract on ore order before 🤣 seems to be all over the place with EE 😅
