I placed an order for a new device, I received an email confirming the order and they gave me two days to deliver it, two days have passed and nothing has arrived, I can't track it either, can anyone help me?

If EE tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
You should download and register the DPD app as well.
