I am seeking an update regarding a recent phone purchase. I placed an order yesterday and was advised that it would be shipped within 24 hours. While I received the initial order confirmation email, I have not yet received any dispatch or tracking information. For those who have encountered a similar situation, I would appreciate any advice on the best way to proceed. Have you found it effective to contact customer support directly, or is it better to wait a bit longer for the system to update? Any detailed steps or suggestions on how you resolved this issue would be extremely helpful.

Hi @Akitex-Jnr 

Great to hear you have placed a confirmed order for an iPhone. 

The order will currently be at an 'Open Sales' state which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible. 
If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.
