Phone not delivered

I ordered a phone Friday 5th September 2025 the guy on the phone said it would be delivered Monday ig checked the tracking on ee and it says dispatched but have not heard anything else and it’s now Wednesday and I still don’t have my phone I can’t ring up because my microphone is broken on my tablet I don’t know how else I’m supposed to contact them without having to ring up

@Courtneybanno  Have you been sent a tracking number?   Have you downloaded the DPD app and created an account this will show when a delivery is out for you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
No I don’t have a tracking number

Which model, including colour and storage have you ordered?

Are you able to download the DPD app like @Chris_B mentioned and register for an account? If there is a delivery with DPD it would show in the app without you needing the tracking number.

and no it won’t let me register my phone number 

I’ve managed to make an account with dpd but it’s saying there’s no delivery’s for me I’m so confused I got accepted Friday and on the re website it says my phones been dispatched but I still have not got it

I'm sorry you haven't heard anything about your delivery yet, I know it can be difficult to get in touch if you haven't got a working line, but it does sound like something our team over the phone would need to look into as we don't have access to your account here on the forum.

When you ordered, did you receive any kind of confirmation email?
