Hello. I have upgraded to a new phone . The order number says it has been dispatched. It has said this for 3 days. I have had no email or confirmation.
Is there any additional tracking like with DPD? I am just worried its been 'misplaced'

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your new phone.
Which model, including colour and storage have you ordered?
If the phone has been dispatched and you are registered on the DPD app, it would usually show the details of the delivery once it is with DPD. If it is not showing anything under your active parcels in the app, it wouldn't be with them just yet.

This has all been resolved 🙂 the daughters phone was getting the texts . CS cleared it up thank you
