Resolved! Bill brought forward

I ordered an upgrade but then cancelled it due to wrong address for delivery. I called and got the order cancelled and was told I wouldn't be charged. I have now got my bill with £50 brought forward for the new phone that I never received. 

Meaningful Credit Check information

Does anyone have clear information on what information is requested and validated with a credit check?  I've attempted to purchase an iPhone 15 Pro MAX with a Pay Monthly All-Rounder SIM.  The request was declined, citing that my credit check failed....
