Does anyone know the current waiting time for the iPhone 17 pro max? Ordered on the 12th but can’t really get an answer on current waiting times?

Have you checked EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

You should also download the DPD app.

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I’ve been on the phone tonight 16 Oct as I pre ordered 16 Sep they’re still saying wait time is over 28 days
