Ordered on the ee app on the second of this month, was told 2-3 working days and its still not here yet. Tracking says dispatched but no estimated date anymore, what do I do?

Welcome to the community. 

When you download the DPD app you can input your personal details, you don't need a tracking number to view any pending deliveries. 

When you call 150, press option 2 and that should get you through to someone.

Have you downloaded the DPD app.

Alternatively speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I've just downloaded the dpd app, I haven't got a tracking number from them to even use that. And 150 customer service sent me to an interactive menu thing that doesn't have my problem listed in any of the options available.
