Recently I paid for a contract phone and dpd was In charge of delivering it and I paid £10 for it to be delivered for the next day which is tomorrow but now it’s saying in their website that it will be delivered back to ee and that really **bleep** especially it is a waste of my money soooo what should I do now as I’m confused like I paid £50 to get the phone and then I have to pay £67 a month due to my new contract and I’m still confused what’s happening now

@Knight2002 DPD tried to deliver the device but there was no answer so it’s now being returned back to EE. You’ll be refunded any upfront cost you’ve made within 14 days. You’ll need to place the order again.

Not gonna lie dpd chats the biggest **bleep** because before they can manage to deliver the parcel I rearranged delivery for a different date and I especially bought the vip delivery and it cost me £10 worst **bleep** delivery service ever

Not to mention I can’t change the location for it to be delivered if that was possible Then they can make the **bleep** delivery to begin with

Hi @Knight2002,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can check why we've requested the phone back from DPD.
Thanks
James

Hi @Knight2002,
Depending on the reason for the return, Customer Care may be able to rearrange delivery for you.
